WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

Teachers, technology coordinators, and librarians will be able to help you with many of your questions.
Students and staff are required to document any Chromebook issues through CHROMEBOOK SUPPORT
If the device is broken and needs repair:
The device will need to be assessed by a school Technology Coordinator or Hardware Technician during School Hours
Damaged Chromebooks and/or chargers must be returned to the School. Assessed damages will be reviewed by the Principal and a bill will be issued, if warranted.
Replacement chargers may be purchased through the School. **Replacement is still ACBOE property**
ACBOE issued Chromebooks & chargers are the responsibility of the student that received the device. DO NOT loan either one to another student.
Students will keep their assigned Chromebook until they are no longer a student at ACBOE. There will be periodic "check-ins" for maintenance and device verification.
If you are leaving the district the Chromebook & charger must be returned to the school.
